Live Life Unfiltered (3)

77-year-old Ernestine Shepherd is such an inspiration. She lives her life unfiltered.  She doesn’t let outside influences or her age stop her from anything.

She wakes very early then runs ten miles before her 5:30am breakfast every day. Ernestine didn’t start exercising and bodybuilding until she was 53 years of age.

Her high protein breakfast includes drinking 8 oz. of liquid egg whites.  She then heads to her gym for her own 1 hour, 45 minute morning workout.  Throughout the day she teaches fitness classes and helps train others before doing it all over again the next day.
