The majority of back pain is caused by problems with disks – the cushions between the bone of the spine. Most treatments, including back surgery is not very successful. New treatments using one’s own stem cells from the bone marrow are showing promising results.

Sunday, June 2nd, 2013Five seriously disabled stroke patients have shown small signs of recovery following the injection of stem cells into their brain.
Frank Marsh is one of the five patients who have shown improvement since taking part in the small clinical trial at Glasgow’s South General Hospital.
