This week we received calls from Jenny and Adrienne who were both struggling with their weight. We provided them with some quick and practical solutions that are not unrealistic.
Jenny, 68 years of age is going on a Caribbean Cruise in late December.
Jenny wants to look great for her husband and wear a swim suit – something she hasn’t done for over 20 years. As I talked to Jenny more, she opened up about her dilemma and the stress it is causing her. She only wears large, loose fitting clothes. She has very low self-confidence and avoids going to events and more recently she has even avoided catching up with her friends. Jenny is embarrassed by her size and the way she looks. She told me on the phone she desperately wants to change. She is excited about the Cruise but then anxiety overwhelms her.
I explained that her first step towards making a change has been the phone call, and her acknowledgement that she must make changes. I outlined a strict daily routine she must follow for two weeks, which I also sent to her on email. This structure consisted of exercise (for Jenny it is a brisk walk at least 30 minutes day early in the morning before she has breakfast as this burns 200% more fat), then a good, healthy eating and nutritional plan. Why 2 weeks? This is a realistic goal that doesn’t seem impossible. By November 14, Jenny will start to see some very positive changes. Jenny’s momentum and self-esteem will build and she will want to stick with it. It will only get better from here.
Adrienne also called this week. She is going through menopause and feels her stomach is huge. She is very youthful for her age, has always been fit and healthy but the last few months she has found her stomach is bulging. She looks in the mirror and sees everything in proportion apart from her bloated belly. I explained to Adrienne that certain foods automatically bloat the stomach and salt is a killer. I gave her a list of foods and drinks to avoid (see list below) and I insisted she continue to do some regular exercise and drink a lot of water. Recognizing the foods and drinks that cause stomach bloating avoids 70% of the problem. These tips also apply for Men. If you are suffering from this issue, see list below.
All three ingredients in Stem Cell Worx Intraoral Spray have very powerful weight loss capabilities that are backed by independent clinical studies. The supplement also provides a healthy detox, that rids the body of toxins that otherwise build up in the body and cause havoc. The stimulation of adult stem cells also increases the metabolism. Below is Mel’s story. Mel (pictured above) lost over 12 pounds in just 12 weeks when taking Stem Cell Worx Intraoral Spray.
Foods That Cause Bloating
These foods can cause serious bloating of the stomach.
1. Avoid Salt
Having too much salt is very unhealthy. Salty foods cause water retention, bloating and weight gain.
2. Eat Greens In Moderation
Cabbage, Kale and Broccoli are some of the worst culprits.
They are cruciferous vegetables, which contain raffinose, which is a sugar that remains undigested until bacteria in your gut ferments it, which produces gas and, in turn, makes you bloat.
Other culprits are:
- Beans
- Legumes (like peas and soybeans)
- Cauliflower
- Lentils
- Onions
- Brussels sprouts
- Raisins
Lentils, soybeans, and peas are gas-causing foods. They do give the body a burst of protein but at the same time they contain sugars and fibers that our body has a hard time absorbing. When legumes reach the large intestine your gut bacteria immediately takes over and starts feasting on them. This process leads to gas and can balloon out your waist.
Combine legumes with easily digestible whole grains, like rice or quinoa.
3. Avoid Carbonated Drinks
The fizz in carbonated drinks (even diet ones) can cause gas to get trapped in your belly.
Instead, drink water flavored with lemon, lime, or cucumber. Or just reduce the number of fizzy drinks you consume each day. Try some peppermint tea for a soothing beverage that may help reduce bloat.
4. Consume Dairy Products In Moderation
The lactose is the sugar found in dairy products and it can trigger bloating.
Consume dairy products in moderation and opt for lactose-free. It is important to note that high grade bovine-colostrum is not milk and it contains almost no lactose. It also has a higher protein percentage than whey protein.
5. Don’t Overdo Chewing Gum
Chewing gum can lead to swallowing air, which can cause bloating.
Mel Has Dropped 12 Pounds With Stem Cell Worx Intraoral Spray
I have been on a weight loss mission and have lost over 5kgs (12 pounds) in three months. I am 52 years of age and a mother of two teenage daughters. I needed a fast, effective health supplement to help with my weight loss. The only health supplement I took during this time was Stem Cell Worx Intraoral Spray in conjunction with my diet and exercise regime.
I still have more weight to lose but am really pleased with progress so far, especially the weight I have lost on my stomach. Before and after photos attached. Thanks Stem Cell Worx, the spray was so convenient to take. I feel so much more energetic and your supplement definitely helped me lose weight.
